Q. How do I create an account?  A. Accounts are created at our Kiosk, conveniently located at the front of MyStash Storage. Once you create an account, you will receive a pass code. Enter your code at the gate, and you will be granted passage through the gate and into the building. Once in the building, you can access your personal storage unit and start storing your stash!

Q. How long are your lease contracts?  A. Our lease contracts are month to month with no security deposit. Use your credit card, check, or even cash to create a new lease contract at our automated kiosk 24/365.

Q. What types of storage do you offer?  A. MyStash Storage is the most modern self-storage facility in Tennessee. Our cutting edge technologies provide you state-of-the-art climate controlled storage units for personal and business use. Our units measure from 50 square feet to 250 square feet, and are accessible to you 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Q. What are 'climate-controlled' units?  A. "Climate controlled" means control of both temperature and humidity. We cannot control Tennessee’s climate, but we can and do control the temperature and the humidity in our storage units!

Q. Are outdoor drive-up units available? A. No. All our units are inside, for safety, security, and lower operating costs. We provide a secure, lighted, and covered portico to facilitate storing and retrieving your property, or for visits to check on your property or just to retrieve one item.

Q. How do I know my belongings are safe with you? A. MyStash Storage offers the following cutting edge technologies in a state-of-the-art facility, all to better store your property:

Your personalized access code grants you entry through the gates, through the building door, and to your specific storage unit.

With 4 levels of computer controlled access protection, MyStash Storage is a secure facility.

Multiple security cameras, motion detectors, alert systems, and remote monitoring.

Eco-friendly building and landscaping leaves a modest footprint on the environment.

Our temperature and humidity controlled environment protects your property from the effects of heat, cold, humidity, and dryness. Your property will be in the same condition when it leaves our facility as it was when you brought it to us.

Q. Do you sell locks? A. Yes. We offer high quality steel disk locks through our self-serve kiosk. Also, each of our storage units has an electronic overlock for an extra measure of protection.

Q. Do you provide insurance?  A. No. We do not provide tenant insurance. Your homeowners' or renters' insurance policy may provide you coverage. Ask your agent.

Q. What are your hours of operation? A. MyStash Storage is always open, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Q. Do you have carts available? A. Yes. We have two pushcarts, a furniture dolly, and a small hand truck at the facility for your use.

Q. Do I have to make a long-term commitment? A. No. We offer month-to-month leases. When you are ready to vacate, please notify us thirty (30) days ahead; we understand sometimes you do not know when you may need to vacate a unit. Call us. We will try to accommodate you. Most importantly, let us know.

Q. Do I get a monthly statement? A. We send monthly statements by e-mail if we have an e-mail address for you. We will send you an invoice by first class mail, at your option, for $2.00 per month.

Q. How do I make a payment? A. For your convenience, we offer these 4 payment options:

At our Kiosk -- by Mastercard, VISA, check, or cash.

On the Internet -- by Mastercard, VISA, or ACH.

By auto debits to your credit card or bank account. (Contact us for more details)

By US Mail using a check or money order.

Q. Are online payments safe?  A. Yes. All personal and payment information submitted to our secure online server is encrypted so none of this information can be seen or intercepted by a third party. Our SSL certification guarantees we have a fully validated secure server.

Q. When is my payment considered late? A. All new accounts are set up to be due on the first day of the month.  Your payment must be received timely. If it is not received by the fifth (5th) day of the month, your account will be subject to a late fee. After five (5) days, you may be locked out of your unit until we receive a payment.

Q. How much notice do I need to give to move out? A. Our agreement requires thirty (30) days' written notice. However, we understand sometimes you do not know when you may need to vacate a unit. Call us. We will try to accommodate you.

Q. What are the Terms and Conditions of Use for this Website? A. MyStash Storage makes no warranties on this site, and its terms are subject to change without notice. It is provided as a way for prospective tenants to learn about MyStash Storage.
